HUGO TEJERO Y ASOCIADOS has a very efficient working team conformed by its partners, associated professionals and employees, most of them public accountants and trainee accountants. The efficiency of our team is based on the training by its own bosses to everyone that starts to work with us, and in the internal organisation of tasks and roles. We focus the training on the analysis and knowledge of our client’s activities and in the way we advise them and carry out our other tasks with the aim of rendering the best service.
This philosophy of internal training has lead the ones who a few years ago had initiated their professional career with us, to reach the higher positions in the company, as partners or chiefs in the respective teams of client advice.
